Refund policy
Version of 25 October 2026.
In force on 25 October 2026 for any new subscription; for existing Customers, on 24 November 2026.
If the law protects you as a consumer, you have 14 days after the first payment of your subscription to withdraw, including if you change your mind. We then refund the part of the subscription you have not used. This right does not apply to business purchases.
Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles refunds.
Withdrawal within 14 days (consumers)
- Window: 14 days from the first payment of the subscription, monthly or annual. Renewals do not open a new window.
- Amount: the unused part of the paid period, pro rata by day. The day of your request counts as used. Example: for a 30-day month paid on the 1st, a withdrawal on the 10th entitles you to a refund of 20/30 of the price.
- Plan change paid during these 14 days: refunded pro rata for its remaining period.
- Effect: the subscription ends and your account moves to the Discovery Plan.
- One withdrawal per account.
After 14 days, and for business purchases
You can cancel at any time from the Console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without a refund of that period.
