1. Installation
You add one script line to your website or application, once. For pages behind sign-in (from the Standard plan), you provide a test account.
2. Preparation
We prepare the assistant on your application. You review and validate what it can do, screen by screen.
3. Activation
You switch the assistant on in your application: one line to add, once; no custom development. It is available on every page.
4. Follow-up
You follow what your users accomplish. When your application changes, a new preparation brings the assistant up to date. Your journeys are checked every day (from the Standard plan); if one breaks, you are warned the same day in the console.
5. Language and voice
The assistant speaks your application’s language. French and English, one female voice per language.
Time to go live
Usually live within 10 days of sign-off for a standard application.
